Mostly good, minor issues
We just got back from El Cid La Ceiba Beach in Cozumel. The scuba diving package was great, really enjoyed that part, and the ocean view room was lovely. Customer service was generally helpful when I had a question about the snorkeling tours. My only small gripe was the Wi-Fi in our room was a bit spotty sometimes, had to reconnect a few times. But overall, a solid trip and we had a good time.

Oh my goodness, my trip to El Cid Ventus Ha was just incredible! The infinity pools were stunning, and the private beach access was a dream. Everything was so clean and the staff were so friendly.
